Dark Trooper softlock?

Sometimes, twice in a row so far, characters just stop taking turns while the timer keeps going. It happened to me twice today (don't really want to bother with a third attempt) and I remember it happening to me before a while ago too. And every single time it happened it did so while I was attacking the Dark Troopers. Anyone else experienced something similar?
