Following the bugs previously reported in order 66 raid, this has now spread to TB battles. I am not sure why you were certain that this wasn't bug just because your team could not replicate it.
Several players have shared this concern and it is not going away. Please investigate and offer a solution for all of us.
It is happening again! Three out of 10 attempts. Ally code: 269287928. Another guild mate also has experienced the same issue, their ally code is 896715339. This is a bug. Please fix it to make raid playable again.

Same thing just happened to me. However upon retry the issue did not happen again. However it would suggest that even on a one off it is within the game. I assume it is likely a small bug given the new/ upcoming update.
