Did not get dtcs or mats from 12/18 2025 update

Hello. I didn't get my level 9 Datacrons back; everyone else was left at level 5. And I didn't get any compensation like other players. The Soyuzgik code is 885-655-625.

I have lost After the last Hotfix a lot of Atacker-DC and i did not received any compensation reward. Please fix the bug. Look at the pictures and you See my DCs before your Hotfix!

ally code 861-638-352. My issue is not fixed. I still didn't get my DCs back and got no compensation! Although my previous bug report is marked as fixed. I restarted both my game clients on PC and android, cleared cache - nothing changed, no DCs and compensation. How could this be??

My DC are stay the same as after last update (9 lvl became 5 lvl). And nothing in the inbox.

Restarted game 5 times on both PC and mobile.

I did not receive any compensation materials with today's update, despite losing all my level 6+ DCs, including my wordy attacker DCs. Ally code 794642115

All of my Pillars of War datacrons were fully removed from my inventory except for one random level 3. I had about a dozen of various attacker, tank, support, healer crons that previously got rolled back to level 5. Then with last update they were all completely dusted. Nothing in my inbox with new replacement crons or mats. World class game CG.

i did have 3 lvl 9s before.. they didn’t revert back yet..

i didn’t receive anything in my inbox either, like the mats and stuff. Sorry to pile onto this mess..
