How that possible.... I was reporting a issue, after a lots of exchanges with more than 48H delay between each response, lasting for 2 weeks, now that..., the whole history cleaned up ..... ...

The quality of support ranges from appalling to good. Problem is the good people ask the right questions and then never come back so that I have spoken to lots of people in chat who did not have a clue and gotten precisely nowhere. Is very frustrating, has taken me a lot of time and they ignore all my request for a fix and compensation.
