I have been trying to get the feat in Conquest. I used to get accuracy down on every opponent when using Photon Grenade. Now it is not working and will not happen even one time. This is preventing me from gaining accuracy down as it does not count the attempt or number of attempts when throwing the grenade.
His other debuffs are applying when throwing the grenade. Blind and burning still works for some reason. If I didn't know better I would have to assume CG broke his ability on purpose for this Conquest. Even though it worked before.
Only 7th sister is working to inflict accuracy down when she hits someone with 3+ stacks.
