I’ve been having a major bug the last few days where all of my mods disappeared after connecting my SWGOH IOS account to EA and just discovered that every time I restart the game any mods I have equipped disappear. They aren’t unequipped or sold, they just vanish. I’ve talked to two others on the forums so far experiencing this but have yet to hear from CG. An EA help rep simply said there was no record of mods being sold and they could do nothing about it. This is years worth of mods I’ve lost and on top of that I am as of right now unable to use mods at all.

When will I get my missing modules back? I found a missing module on Juhani, maybe others are missing too. Also today, when playing "Rise of an Empire", the battle froze. As a result, the battle was not counted, the squad was wasted. Please compensate for the damage! Ally code: 676-761-599

I used to have full mods on all characters, and a full inventory of unequipped mods. Now I have just what I've managed to farm in the last week to save my Arena efforts. And now I'm broke.
Also, every time I try to redeem the 750M Conquest shards from my inbox it crashes the game.
This is a miserable way to return to the game.

was acquired Accuracy arrow for Crosshair, i then move on to put on cross mod for him and when i click confirm the Accuracy arrow just disappeared
i only have 2 Accuracy arrow so there no way i mistake for different mod, it just disappeared!
Yesterday I changed mods. Today Wrecker (merc) has no mods. The mods aren't in the inventory either. Nice 20, 22 and 24 speed mods that have disappeared.
