Equipped Mods Vanish on Restart

Having the same exact problem, all my mods disappeared and now whenever I try to equip a mod, it vanishes either after a restart or after I equip another mod. Equipping several mods through loadout causes them all to disappear after a restart. To be clear disappeared mods don't appear back in the list of available mods, they're just gone. I have recently returned to the game after leaving in 2019 and my only unusual action was to link EA account, as far as I can tell. Disappearing mods are both those I had from before and new ones that I receive now. Reported it to in-game support and was told to report it here as well. This thread is marked as resolved, so maybe I should make a new one, but this looks like pretty much my issue. Ally code is 642-892-297.

Tech support is "amazing" . Almost the month can't find one mod. Instead of do something, i must to speak with bot in chat and after that you close request and ask to open new. Good job.

Instead of solving the problem, this is the third time I have been offered to contact them through help in the game. Although the request has already been created for several day😵‍💫

Are you working on solving problems? Why they disappears? Why you don’t answer? 

My problem is not fix still m8. Cant understand why its so hard always🙂
