My Carson Teva character is at 7 stars, but I keep receiving Carson Teva shards instead of the corrupted signal data. Update: ı reboot it and nothing changed; will they fix it after the CG event ends, or will they just ignore it?

I am experiencing the same issue on my main account. Just used 200 energy and it happened both times I simmed 5 battles. I am using iOS.
Problem still persisting after reboot.
I’ve rebooting it, but nothing has changed. You’re doing everything you can to avoid providing the two parts that are supposed to be supplied.
Same here, Teva and Ward Maxed aan still getting shards, Fleets and Cantina are fine
No change after rebootingI have Ward, Teva, and R5 at 7 stars but am still receiving their shards. Rebooting didn’t fix. Reported it in game.
