I'm trying to gift a guild mate, ally code: 778922439, the Captain Ithano Bundle 2. It says my friend is ineligible. I know they are at Level 85 have 4+mil gp and are over 18 years of age (I know them irl). Is this some thing we need to fix in their settings or is this a glitch in the system? Their 18th birthday was in March and the system should have automatically ticked to the adult version of the shop because their birthday is correct in the system. What should we do to correct this oversight?
Note this is the second time I'm posting because I couldn't reply to the "solution" post to point out the errors in assumptions.
