I'm trying to gift a guild mate, ally code: 778922439, the Captain Ithano Bundle 2. It says my friend is ineligible. I know they are at Level 85 have 4+mil gp and are over 18 years of age (I know them irl). Is this some thing we need to fix in their settings or is this a glitch in the system?

Your friend may have put in the wrong date of birth for his SWGoH account. He can contact our support to have it corrected, if that is the case.
