I've tried reporting this twice through the game "EA help". They are completely useless. Also what shows when you hit Help is "Delete Account". This is foreshadowing, as when you request help they do not read the details you provide, ask questions that have already been answered, and argue with you. All I am trying to do is reporting a bug, LISTEN!! It is so frustrating it makes you want to hit that "Delete Account" button.
If any devs actually care here are my observations. This issue happens when GL Ahsoka is on offense or defense. I have had it freeze on me in all modes causing me to lose TB battles, GAC battles, TW battles (both when battling Ahsoka and when attacking with her). I use Android phone (Pixel) and official PC version (though I cannot recall if I have had the issue on both, last time it happened was on android).
This happens to me right after she uses her Ultimate Ability. The buttons disappear, and you can only forfeit the battle or wait for the time to run out, if there is a timer i.e. TB. All other buttons "work". I can go into settings, put on Auto though nothing happens on Auto, etc. It does not happen every time, this is random. I have others in our guild complaining about the same thing.
Please fix, as this has already cost me GAC matches, TB points, TW battles etc, but most of all it takes the fun out and pisses people off.
Also, tell the manager of the EA Help(less) to fix their help desk. Hire people that know how to communicate and read. Or maybe just run all the help off the forum, fire them and not worry about it. Better than getting no help there and having customers frustrated. I go to the forum here and see the issue has been reported, yet help doesn't know this? They didn't take the time to look at known reported bugs? Worthless!!
