Hunter (Mercenary) doesn't apply marked debuff (that shoild be not resistable or evaded) in Order66 raid
Ideas
In either case, I think the marked icon should be being shown above the targeted enemies head, and then it showing being dispelled. The other strange thing about it is one of my guild members did report that his BB are applying marked in the raid.
