Hello!
I ended up with only 305/330 shards for SM-33 after the latest conquest.
I redboxed all 3 conquests and I purchased the conquest pass each time.
I did not screen shot the last rewards.
Please help out with my remaining shards.

Did you forgot to buy the shards from the wandering scavenger? I don't buy the pass so I don't know if that makes up the shards from the WS or not.
That would be my guess, you forgot to buy them this round and forgot one section last time.
When you buy the pass then you do not need to buy the shards from the WS. They are embedded in the reward track, which I did click and receive.

Can you recall how many Conquest Keycards you received? Can you please provide your ally code so I can investigate this further?
I cannot recall the exact number of key cards but over the required mark because the screen was showing the redbox and I could not progress farther.
I've been redboxing for years straight without a fail.

Another piece of info. I purchased the 600 energy a day calendar so I was able to get through the conquest quickly in a few days.
Not sure if that could introduce a bug or something.
