I STILL have not received loaned token credits

I am reporting an issue with the Loaned Unit Era Level system on my account. I have played Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes every day throughout the current Mara Jade Skywalker Era and have consistently participated in Coliseum, raids, Territory Battles, and all daily activities. My Loaned Units have remained at Era Level 0 for the entire season, and I have never received any Loaned Unit Era Level Increase rewards or the daily Loaned Unit progression. I am aware that EA/Capital Games acknowledged this issue and issued a make-good compensation to affected accounts. However, my account never received that make-good or any Loaned Unit progression, and my Loaned Units are still at Era Level 0. Because of this, I have been at a significant disadvantage in Coliseum and have earned substantially less Era Currency than I should have throughout the season. I respectfully request that my account be manually reviewed to verify that I did not receive the Loaned Unit progression or make-good compensation, and that the missing rewards be credited to my account.
