Jar jar event bugged

Is the last half of the last tier bugged?

For debuff being put on the Droidka it's being removed when ever it's his own turn or his allies making it impossible to to win over him. Is this working as intended or what?

Right now I feel like I don't want to waste any time on an event that doesn't make any sense.

    I'd suggest having a look at an event guide video on YouTube.

    I have and that's why I wrote here.

    On top of what I already wrote then I can get it to half of it's HP's and then it just freezes there even though I can see I make dmg to it and the HP doesn't move at all.
