Jedi Temple Guard Datacron refund help

I have exactly the same issue and opened a ticket under “SWGOH Technical Issues”.  I am not requesting crystals but rather the resources needed to upgrade my focused datacron from empty to level 15.  This is because it was not my fault (it turns out it was bug) and I wanted the fact I spent money to get the datacron unlocked FOR the current GAC to mean something.  It costs roughly $100 (a little over) to buy crystals using the currently avaialble packs.  That’s to give perspective not a request for anything other than the resources (Mats, datacash etc) I used.  Thanks ahead of time.

Temple Guard Datacron resources not returned
I earned the Jedi Vanguard datacron prior to GAC so I used my own resources (Mats and currency) to upgrade it to Level 15 prior to lock in.  The inbox datacron you gave me REPLACED that focused datacron so I received no compensation for the reouces.  These are expensive - can you please refund those resources or upgrade a different focused datacron that I have to level 15?  Thanks ahead of time.

The issue was communicated in Hotfix 6-4-25 | EA Forums - 12234053

Studio is planning to release another Hotfix to add the intended Datacron. 

EA_Gunner​ It seems that you have inboxed a fully upgraded Temple Guard datacron. However, I had already upgraded to Lvl 15 by spending resources. As a result, I now have 2 of the same datacrons. It is a terrible waste of resources and I would rather have the resources back for one of the 2 datacrons. Could you please look into this and do the needful. I do NOT consider this issue as Fixed at this point
