Jocasta Nu's unique ability bug when entering Rifle mode and Appo selected

When she enters rifle mode and Appo is selected, I get this bug around 6 times out of 20 attempts: Her "ITS UP TO YOU" ability becomes immediately available even though she has full health. Appo will...

Another guild mate had the same issue when rifle mode becomes available and DSC is selected.
