I would like to report a bug regarding the loaned characters.
After the latest update, all of my loaned characters have been set to Level 0. Unfortunately, I have already claimed the Day 1 reward, which means I can no longer claim the first 5 level rewards that were previously available. As a result, all of my loaned characters remain at Level 0, making them practically unplayable and putting me at a significant disadvantage.
From what I can see, many other players are experiencing the same issue.
Could you please restore my loaned characters to Level 5, or provide appropriate compensation for all affected players?
