Missing R5 shards

As the new Era launched, I purchased a 5×pull using crystals. When I went to promote r5 (in the same way I have done with every Era toon), the game took me to the normal character screen. I clicked on the button ro level up and a forced refresh happened. When the game reopened, my shards from the crystal pull were gone....but so were the 6k crystals.

Please refund the crystals, or give the shards that are missing (1×5, 3×7, 1×10).

    Hello Ian! I’m sorry to hear this happened but also happy to know I am not the one. This is my first time going for the 5* units so having saved my crystals I was excited to give this era a real go but I bought the booster pack and got 32 shards… (3x5 1x7 1x10) when the game refreshed on its own both crystals and shards were gone please CG can we have our crystals back or shards :(

    Has anyone had any further update yet? The fact the next marque is out tomorrow and I still don't have a 5* R5 is a joke... missed out on 2 whole weeks of having a 5 star R5 for colliseum

    Please CG/EA do something. Due to this bug I missed 5 stars R5 and I am now consecutively penalised with lower borrowed units tokens etc. It's really not just the shards there is a lot of consequences to us just because of this stupid bug!!!

    I think they are.... too little players affected and ingame support just asked me to restart the client. This level of support is insanely frustrating

    Yes the problem is that we did not just miss out on those shards, but for me I was short on five starring the unit, therefore, I did not receive the tokens for the borrowed units, leaving me to have constant low payout for this colliseum era and at a significant loss of ressources, which will not be just compensated by giving us the missing shards. GC/EA is really ignoring this problem, as I believe it simply affects to little of their playerbase unfortunately...
