I'm reaching out because I’ve been experiencing a major issue ever since I reactivated my old account almost a month ago.
Every time I try to equip a mod, slice a mod, or remove one from my inventory, the game crashes. When I log back in, the mods involved are completely gone. This has been happening consistently for weeks now.
I’ve seen many other players reporting the same issue, but so far I haven’t received any response or update. At this point, the game is essentially unplayable for me. My characters are no longer strong enough to properly compete in events, my GAC ranking continues to drop, and my overall progression has stalled completely until this issue is resolved.
Can someone please provide an update or acknowledgement of the problem? I’d really appreciate some communication and assistance in getting this fixed.
