i should also note that i did bring this up to EA help through the game on android and they have been very unhelpful every time they respond with a new person and at the most random times of the day so i would keep missing the agents and when i would clearly explain the situation they focus on the wrong thing entirely by failing to read my issue, it has been really disappointing and frustrating to get this sorted out over the last 10 days with almost 10 agents
