My entire google play account got wiped

see that's the thing though it cannot be google play issue because google play has all of proof of purchase history and achievements the issue is with your game, did you read the part when i said the progression was wiped but friends list was intact with requests dating back years how is that google plays doing?, through google play all of my data is very much present and i have sent all this information to agents like this stated in my other comment. So it very much is a bug and i know it because in addition to me having to go through a surplus of agents i decided to continue playing on the account even though i was reset and guess what every day i've signed in since i've not had any data issue all the characters i reunlocked on the same account have not mysteriously vanished and neither has the player level
