No, I am not using PayPal as a payment method. I am using my debit/credit card. I don't see any purchases on my Google account since March 1. The last "interaction" I had was the other day when I asked to refund my last purchase on March 1 just to see if that changed anything. I haven't been able to make a purchase since March 1. Are you sure that's the correct account?

For the record, I do see brand new "pending" charges from EA on my bank account today, but I essentially haven't been able to purchase anything since March 1, 2026; almost 10 days ago. That's probably what you're looking at. Are these charges really taking almost 2 weeks to process?

The last 7 purchases you made on account 377-174-272 between 3/03/2026 & 3/08/2026 were made on the webstore.
The last Google purchases (6 in total) were made on 3/01 /2026. All of them were delivered within seconds.

This is what I've been telling support inside the mobile game for weeks now. My EA account is old.. and it's tied to: mailto:[edit: email address removed]. My GooglePlay account, however, is tied to: mailto:[edit: email address removed]
I have been able to make purchases online via the webstore inside a web browser, but I am unable to purchase anything from the mobile app/game. You are correct, I am able to purchase via the web browser at: https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/ but I am unable to purchase anything from within the mobile game. I leverage my Diamond status in GooglePlay for bonus points so I am always inside the mobile game through Google.
I've been asking about the difference between these two email addresses/logins from support for a while now, but I still haven't received a response about it. Can you help me answer this?
