    I did this, I chatted with the support agents on the support chatbot for a day.  There was no fix or resolution.

    I have the support chat logs if you would like me to DM them to you.

    I can certainly try again, but it's frustrating to pay for something and work for a full day with support re-explaining the issue to different names each time they decide to continue to chat.
