Renewal Quest not received

I have returned to play Galaxy of Heroes after 35 days and didn't receive the Renewal Quest missions to get the return rewards. 

My Code: 872-642-572

I appreciated if could assist me.

    This is working as intended. The offline period was too short

    What do you mean by "the offline period was too short", the Return Player event should begun after 35 days, which on the image I've sent already has passed.
