Renewal quest tab disappeared

this is my allycode : [423-136-756]

So i had a problem with the renewal quest collect a monthly login reward and now the whole tab quest is gone and i still didn't get my lst

fix it please

You completed all quests. Once all are completed, the bar becomes hidden.

I don't understand how my account could have completed all the Renewal quests. I was stuck on the "Collect a monthly login reward" quest which i never completed and was waiting for a fix. Instead, the entire Renewal tab disappeared. I only received the Kylo Ren Lightspeed Token and didn't receive the remaining Renewal Lightspeed Tokens. Could you please check again ?
