SITH ETERNAL EMPEROR LIGHTSPEED II disappeared after failed purchase attempt
I tried to purchase the from the web store SITH ETERNAL EMPEROR LIGHTSPEED II 2025.
After clicking “Buy,” the page refreshed, no payment was taken, but the bundle disappeared from both the web store and the in-game store.
Since then, the SITH ETERNAL EMPEROR LIGHTSPEED II is no longer available for me anywhere, even though it’s still active and visible for other players.
EA Help confirmed that a failed transaction was recorded on my account and told me to contact the in-game support, which I already did.
However, I’m still seeing the message in-game when trying to restore purchases:
"Cannot start restoration, already processing some transaction. If the transaction is successfully processed, you will receive an inbox notification."
It seems like a pending transaction is stuck on my account, preventing the bundle from showing again.
Could someone from the Capital Games team please clear or reset that pending transaction so I can access the SITH ETERNAL EMPEROR LIGHTSPEED II again before it expires?
