I just got to level 27 in the game and i am now stuck in a never ending loop with the ship tutorial as are many other people, can we ever expect an actual fix to this or are you only manually able to help us through the bug, some of us cant even get through it manually because the game is so bugged that we cant even access our ally codes. Any response would be greatly appreciated

The tutorial where it gets you to press on Mace Windu's ship constantly loops every time I go back to the menu, my ally code is 333-233-565
I'm stuck in this loop, I've looked around and it's happened to others. It was suggested to make a new thread to make sure you could help people. I'm not a programmer, but I'm not sure how this even happened.

Experiencing same issue. Tried clearing cache, cleared data, and uninstalled & reinstalled the game without any success. Very disheartening for new accounts to have this same issue. Ally code 899-776-136
everytime I click the home button i get faced with a tutorial guide telling me to activate mace windu even though he is already activated and I simply cannot play the game and I am not even high enough level to activate his ship as me being 32 and the ship availibility at 48. I am allowed to move thoughout my characters and even acess levels but if I click the home button it forces me to do what it says pointint me to activate mace windu when he already is. I even bout two items in this game and it is not allowing me to play unless Im willing to wait a while to slowly get to level 48. I also am not allowed to click daily quest go to setting or even go to the shop.
I am having this same issue. I'm able to get to places from the Mace Windu screen or character screen, look at achievements and even start missions from the quests/achievement "go" button but whenever I go to the home screen I get that same tutorial again.
I recommend posting a thread including your ally code. I have seen a couple of people get their issue fixed quickly. I hope that they remove this crew tutorial flag for my account soon.

Same exact issue here. Completing an event awarded me ship mats thus unlocking the fleet section tutorialbefore my account level. I have a snall clip of the exact loop happening
