I just got to level 27 in the game and i am now stuck in a never ending loop with the ship tutorial as are many other people, can we ever expect an actual fix to this or are you only manually able to help us through the bug, some of us cant even get through it manually because the game is so bugged that we cant even access our ally codes. Any response would be greatly appreciated

I came to a point in my new Account where the Tutorial prolog shows me that char. are connected to ships and i need to have them to activate the Ship. I followed the instructions in the tutorial which are the following:
- Step 1: Click on Collection
- Step 2: Click Endurance Ship
- Step 3: Click on Mace Windu Icon
After this steps I found my self on Mace Windu Collection page. There is no instruction anymore and no matter weather i go back or click on ship, home, or elsewhere i got stuck in a Loop. When I come back to Main Page, Tutorial will start again.
I tried the following:
- 10x Retry
- 3x Restart
- Repair Files
- Exit to Main Menu 2 different ways
- Exit Mace Windu Page to Shop
