Same exact issue on iPad, hit level 25 ships tutorial through to Mace Windu character screen then nothing. Returning to start screen or force closing app just restarts tutorial so cannot do anything.
Also there is no way to get to ally code if you cannot get past the tutorial.
I am having the exact same issue
