Hello EA Support,
Nickname: AKent. Device: iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 26.0.1). Country/region: Poland. Game language: Russian. Account created: yesterday. Issue started: a few hours ago.
After logging in, the game immediately forces the Ships tutorial overlay and blocks the interface. On the final step there are no arrows or prompts; returning to the main menu just restarts the tutorial, creating an endless loop. Reinstalling the app and clearing storage did not help. I cannot open Settings to view my Player ID.
Please reset the tutorial flags for my account (Ships tutorial) or manually complete this step so I can continue. If needed, I can provide my Ally Code (if you can locate the account) and App Store receipts.
