You didnt read the description of the F-34T training droids disc when you equipped it.

Even with the description, the problem remains, since the Leader also becomes immortal, hence nobody dies

That's the point of the disc. It's helps you with getting some of the feats if you die too quickly.
Remove it if you dont want this assistance.
