Unable to Access Account After EA Sync – Ally Code: 183295919

Good day! I’m writing to report an issue I’ve been experiencing for the past three weeks. After importing and synchronizing my account with EA from Google Play, I can no longer log in under my main account. Initially, I could only access the game as a guest, but after deleting the guest account, the game no longer displays any account options at all.
