EA_Gunner Same thing it's on the webstore. It seems to be an issue with the Malgus/Ben Solo LSBs being purchased from the webstore. If you purchase one the other one will fail to allow you to purchase it. I bought Ben Solo just fine, Malgus bundle fails and says it encountered an error on purchase. No issue with my account as I purchased crystals and wat tambor LSB this morning just fine. Still can't buy the Malgus LSB. I'll tag you in my original post which has a video of what is happening. It's not a one off as there are over 50 people posting in the forums about this issue.
The same thing happens to me with the C-3P0 lightspeed bundle. I have tried it on with the exact same results. Ally code 543-869-832. I get the message "Oops...! Something went wrong. Please try again." I would very much like to purchase this lightspeed bundle. What is going on?
Have similar issue with Dr Aphra bundle. Support keep closing tickets without addressing the problem. It is clear that loads of people have this problem and that nothing is being done to fix it or compensate us fairly
