Purchased 4-Lom bundle today from webstore and received the dreaded "in process" screen. I've received this screen twice in recent past when attempting to buy crystal packs. The purchase shows on Paypal but it is never processed by EA and eventually times out. I do not get charged but also never receive the items. Please advise.
EA QV TeamThe issue is, the purchase was never processed on your end. I bought $20 episode pass at same time that went right through. Had 2 crystal pack purchases a few weeks ago that did same thing. PayPal shows as pending and it stays there forever until it times out.

You can call it not a bug if you want, but I tried to give you money via an established avenue and it failed. It has also failed two other times within the last month. Only about 5 of 8 recent attempts to buy something from your webstore has been successful. If your wondering how to increase revenue, maybe look into this. Im fine taking my 50$ and having a nice dinner.
