3 bugs

Hi,

I have 3 different bugs that keep happening. 

1. When i travel to another location, my sims are wearing there underwear. Every time! even when i come back home.. But in the picture below, they wear the clothes they normally wear. Only my sims, not the NPC's.
2. They freeze so much!! The time goes on, but all my sims on that location, also the NPC's are freezed and i can't do anything about that. Sometimes when i wait a long time, i can play again. but there are also times that i need to restart the game. This happens a lot. I can't play a day with this not happening.
3. i need to restart the game so often!! When i travel to another lot, it keeps loading. not always, but very often. I keep restaring the game, it's not fun anymore. Takes so much time!!
