[AA] [BH] Can't assign Sims to hold lectures on Getaways, only to attend one

This seems like it just doesn’t work. I’m on Xbox and there’s no give lecture option so I can have sims attend a lecture but there’s no lecture happening. I was planning on making a lot of my business and hobbies lots into custom venues but the functionality just isn’t there.
