[AA] Child sim cancels interactions to play on BamCo playground equipment

I have the same problem, my child stops eating and in stead goes to the slide. My playground is on my home lot. I've disabled mods but it still keeps happening. 

This is driving me crazy, my sims are cancelling their current task to play on the playground.

I've been having this happen as well. Child sims will stop doing homework, stop eating, won't use the toilet or shower, they stop drawing on the activity tables, and stop swinging or using the monkey bars to go play on the playground if it's on the home lot. This is very frustrating. I don't have this problem with toddlers, at least, so that's something.

My sims have been autonomously stopping a task they have been asked to do to start a random other thing. My child sim has been stopping crafts to play on the playground autonomously after being tasked with starting crafts. 

I have no Mods or CC in my game. 

I've also had this problem as well, both with and without mods. My child sims will even bring their food with them to play on the playground and never actually get around to finishing the meal. 

Just adding to my original post that child sims are also doing this away from home. I had a child sim on a getaway, and they perpetually stopped eating/drawing etc to go play on the playground equipment.

 i don't have this playground nor the adventure await-dlc, but the Sim- child i am actually playing chancels 'eating' and 'doing homwork' all the time !

On the other hand, she do not stop playing with the large cuddling-soft toy and climbing-structure ...

Same here, I needed to remove the playground from my home lot because it kept interfering with everything I tried to make my sims' kids do. 

Win10 PC, version 1.120.117.1030, no mods or cc

Just experienced this myself (Windows 10 with no mods). I even tried queuing up multiple "practice typing" interactions, but the little icon at the bottom of her task list that shows sitting changes to sliding, and she stops.

Edit: I removed the slide but left the rest of the structure, and for now, she is typing. This is happening with both types of slides.
