[AA] cuhat_EP20BaseballLilMonster persists when Sim changes to Getaway Outfit

🐞 WHAT HAPPENS: The top of the new hat/cap is still visible on the Sim's head when they change their outfits as part of Getaways. This CAS bug is persistent in all Sims, ages Teen and up. I can't test on Child Sims who aren't Buddy Scoop because of a separate CAS bug involving the same cap/hat.

🫵🏼 WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN: The top of the Spinning Cap should be removed and not visible.
