I have the same issue and yes I did set up attraction settings, gender settings, age settings for different roles... I also made different outfits for some of my roles... PLEASE fix this EA, this is the main feature of your pack not working... it needs to be fixed ASAP.
That's the main cause of this problem. Do not touch the attraction criteria in the meantime.
