[AA] Formative Moment: 'Be a good student' does not fulfill if already A student

Yea seems this issue is with any time you take a formative moments challenge and already have it complete, it doesn't register retroactively. 

I don't know this would be directly related, but it does feel like it is, but my child Sim was a B student when she got that formative moment, and I think that because I was away with a different Sim when she got back home, it didn't recognise that her grade had improved to A. 

How do you start formative moments? Mine is the be a good student social challenge? Or any of them in general please? I meant to add the suggested challenges

I have the same issue.  No mods installed all packs, kits etc.  Student already an A student so can't fulfill the challenge.

Ive had the pack for a couple weeks now. Its happened to my sims child in legacy save (2nd gen). Already had an A. 

I play on pc, no mods.

Same, I need to use a mods to fix it.

I play on console, my child was a C student, took the challenge, did his homework, worked up to an A, challenge still has not completed. I also do not have the option to 'study' anything for the science formative moment, so it's not the only moment that doesn't work correctly.
