[AA] [FR] Cook in custom role does not release steam vent on rice cooker

A Sim assigned to a custom "cook" role (with Cook as the only activity), and provided with a fridge and a rice cooker, will chop veggies and start the rice cooker, but not release the steam vent or fetch the serving platter. This prevents the cook from cooking further meals. This save file has had no mods or CC and my mods folder is empty.
