The Gibbi Point water lots (Camp Gibbi Gibbi and Love Highland) can be set as many other lot types, but it seems an oversight that they can't be set as a beach (the option is missing).
"Beach" should be listed after "Bar" in the Lot Type menu
Hi crinrict can I ask why was this moved to Feedback? It's inconsistent with the other DLC.
The lot type states "A waterfront lot is recommended for this feature" (which the Gibbi Point lots are), but even non-water lots can also be set as beach lots in Sulani and Tartosa, including those without sand on the lot or immediate surrounding terrain.

It just doesn't make sense to me that the beach lot type omission would be intentional.
