[AA] [IL] On waterfront lots brackets don't work with terrain paint tool

I have found that on the 'Love Highland' and 'Camp Gibbi Gibbi' water front lots the brackets to enlarge or shrink the diameter of the terrain paint/eraser brush will not respond to the bracket keys ...
