My child sims imaginary friend appears as a teen with randomized clothes/appearence when summoned. My sim is still a child and haven't "offered to make real".

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
No mods or cc. It was a new safefile that I had already played in with imaginary friends the other day without any issues then today I noticed that bug. Repairing my game didn't work either.
