[AA] Sims getting stuck at spawn point in Crystal Valley

There is a spawn point near the bar in Crystal Valley, by a building near a bridge. Sometimes a sim, often Buddy Scoop, but I had it happen with others as well, will get stuck when spawning in, it seems to be if they happen to spawn under the roof, between the pillars, getting a pathing error when they try to move to where they want to go. This can lead to Buddy not being at his post, because he's stuck at the spawn point. Your active sim will also have interactions with them cancel. If you teleport them out, (with MCCC) they will then move to their destination. But I did try this without MCCC as well and he was still getting stuck, I just couldn't do anything about it.

Buddy is stuck, unable to move, and unable to be interacted withteleported him out and off he goes to his spot by the mine

I should clarify, when i said without MCCC, i meant i had removed all mods, not JUST MCCC.
Also another one got stuck after i went to the bar. it's this one specific spot by the pillar, have seen others spawn further under the roof and be fine.

Yes, I'm having the same issue on Xbox (so no mods). This is the second time in a row I came to Gibbi Point to work on the aspiration, but Buddy would not spawn at his station whatsoever. I searched it up and saw this post, lo and behold, it happened to me also.

I also can't talk to him. He plays the error animation where he can't move.

When multiple Sims spawn in the area simultaneously, some of them get stuck at the spawn point in Crystal Valley, rendering them unable to move and leaving them standing there for hours. In the screenshot, the child NPC Buddy Scoop is caught in exactly this situation. He spawned there at the moment my active Sims arrived in the area and stood there all day. Any attempt to interact with him triggers the "Can't Route Here" animation (Only helped by using the Reset NPC command with testingcheats true).
