Since latest update which supposedly fixed 150+ issues, there's always new issues that pop up. My sims now swim in the floor. This is especially common after using teleport cheat while swimming to dry land. Sims don't even need to teleport for this issue to pop up. It also occurs when a sim switches a task while swimming. It doesn't matter if it's a pool, lake, or ocean. I don't use mods anymore. Only way to fix this is to use the reset sim cheat.
