[AA] Teens get the message to go on Romantic Retreat

Even though the default requirements to be a contestant in a Romantic Retreat include being Young Adult, Adult or Elder only, Teens that have been sufficiently romantic get a message that they'd be a perfect candidate for a Romantic Retreat and are invited to go to one.
