[AA] Teens getting Want to Acquire a Childhood Formative Moment as an Adult

I've been having Teens created in CAS getting a Want to Acquire a Childhood Formative Moment as an Adult. Since they aren't adults, they don't have an option on the pie menu to acquire a childhood formative moment. Only Young Adults and older should get that Want.
