The other rack, with some weights on it, to the left of the empty broken rack - images below:
1) shadow 'lift weights with' and says Object is already in use. Object is not in use.
2) shadow 'teach pump it up class' and says There are no available sims nearby. There is a sim nearby but on treadmill.
Next I will try to purchase a new rack and see what happens.
